More than just a walk in the park...
I rescued Roxy in 2006 and she ended up saving me everyday after that! We went through four years of injuries, surgeries, and set backs together. After a 2 1/2 year struggle, I ended up having spinal fusion in 2012 and my little Roxy Anne Heart tore her first acl a month before my back injury, and tore another one a year later. Our time together, her positivity, and our love for each other kept me from creating more limitations for myself mentally, than I already had physically. I seriously can't imagine what those four years of constant pain and isolation would have been like without her. I lost her in 2014 to a rare aggressive cancer, but her story is still being written. She continues to push me, and encourage me to be a light in peoples lives, the way she was in mine!
I've built this company based on our experiences, and am truly striving to be so much more than just a walk in the park to you, and your dog!
